BIOGRAPHY

Expansive passages of bold color and raw design are hallmarks of Dan Vanderhoof’s work. Using a wide range of subject matter, both archaic and contemporary, Dan takes seemingly mundane and expected forms and transforms them into a parallel universe of unexpected shapes, colors and narratives to explore the human condition. Originally from California, Dan lives and works in the Historic Kansas City West Bottoms.
